Mary is the co-founder of Curated Critique, the modern measurement of hospitality. Curated Critique was created due to the shift in the way people travel. They desire newfound experiences, unique culture, and genuine people. It allows stakeholders the opportunity to validate their investment is being translated and executed on property.
Mary is an executive coach and focuses on leadership development. She has traveled the world opening hotels and resorts. She has worked with a diverse portfolio of companies from small businesses to international corporations. Her international experience and her passion for people and their success is unparalleled. She can see the potential in each individual and group and is able to inspire, motivate, and develop to achieve results. Mary takes a strategic, innovative, and custom approach when developing people and programs.
She graduated from Niagara University with a B.S. in Hospitality and Tourism Management and a B.A. in Spanish. Mary continued her professional studies at New York University in Human Capital Management and received her Executive Leadership Certificate through Cornell University. She is a certified professional coach through the International Coaching Federation.
Mary currently resides in Atlanta, GA with her husband and three sons.
