“Hospitality has needed a voice to advocate for gender equality in our industry. Since the launch of TIEWN in 2008, we have seen a lot of active change in the industry. However, it seems to be that we’re making women “post children” for companies to “prove” that they're inclusive. When you look at who controls money in the industry, it’s rarely women. This is why I am a part of TIEWN.”

Our Strategic Committees are the driving force behind TIEWN. Their collective influence, expertise, and diverse perspectives help shape our thriving network.

  • As a committee member, you’ll identify and secure sponsors whose goals align with TIEWN’s mission, develop strategic sponsorship opportunities, and craft compelling pitches that communicate the value of partnership. You’ll help refine sponsorship packages, collaborate on initiatives that create mutual benefit, and build strong, lasting relationships. Join us and make a lasting impact.

  • This committee develops events, educational programs, and networking opportunities tailored to member needs.
